Hi! I'm Tiffany and I help women release unhealthy fat & create healthy family eating patterns.

I fancy myself a meat-eating vegetarian. While I eat mostly plants, I invest in high-quality meat and I never turn down any food cooked & served with love. I believe in a flexible, traditional & simple eating style that feels good and leaves room for a little bit of everything (even fried chicken #georgiagirl).

I'm currently paying my dues to become a Registered Dietitian and plan on earning a masters degree in Family Science. My dream is to help families with a loved one facing a difficult diagnosis make diet & lifestyle changes together, as a supportive unit.

I'm a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and certified in Holistic Health, Sleep Science & Hatha Yoga.
